At last, Ireland the country that has evaded
my visits in the few years. It has been “that designation” the place my mom and I have talked about for years. To return to our roots, connect with our culture, and witness the sounds and sights of Ireland. The pandemic and other events have delayed our maiden voyage, but at last we have landed and begun the adventure. Paying homage to this trip can not be summed up in a few words or one simple blog post. I thought however I would begin with a few images of some of the spots we have visited thus far. To inspire and convince you to take that trip you have been yearning to take.
These past few days have been amazing and there will be much more to come. For now, these pictures will suffice in an attempt to summarize the experiences thus far!
The past few years of life have taught me one overarching important lesson about travel: we can’t always wait for the “best” opportunity, cost, option, moment, or chance to travel. We just have to do it! We never know what is gonna happen next in life. We can’t wait for an international pandemic that closes the world down or an unexpected event to decide it is time to conquer that mountain, master that goal, book that flight. I hope these photos reflect my exuberance to finally reach that place, and I hope it motivates you to reach for that thing you want!

I loved Amelia’s idea of creating a “ Dancing Across Ireland” video! So much beauty in Ireland! https://youtu.be/I91GVbbqBF4
