Windsor (7-16-17)
Today we woke up once again bright and early. We dropped our bags off at the Nova Hotel near the Tower Bridge. The train took an hour and from there, the bus took 40 minutes. Once we got to Windsor, we headed to the horse stables. We rode horses all around the castle grounds for two hours. This was a highlight of the trip and was a good way to cover the grounds not on foot. After the two hours, we said goodbye to our horses and headed for the castle.

The Queen was actually staying in the castle while we were there. We knew this because the flag was flying above the castle, signifying her presence. The inside decorative ceilings were one of the prettiest parts of the castle. Sadly pictures were not allowed, so you will have to see it for yourself. We finished touring around five. We split up after this. Some of us who were tired went back. It took two hours to get back. Once back, we had BBQ and went to bed early. The others explored the town of Windsor.
Free day (7-17-17)

Today we had option to do whatever we wanted on our list. My mom, my sister, and I took the hop on hop off bus around town to Piccadilly Circus. Here we explored the many shops. My favorite was Fortnum and Mason, a tea, coffee, and sweet shop. It has been in existence since 1707 and has cute tins that house its products. I got one that was a carousel tin that actually twirled and played like a music box.

We went to Chinatown for lunch and enjoyed authentic food. We also walked around and saw Chinese art, statues, and decor. From there we walked around more and got some souvenirs. We headed back near Piccadilly around dinner time.
The purpose was to see "Les Miserables" the musical. This production was a perfect way to end our time in London as there truly was only "one day more" till we were in Paris.
